CAMIGUIN is a tranquil island lush with vegetation and blessed wit a h plenitude of springs and waterfalls. Rent a banca and hop to White Island, a favorite scuba diving spot, or Magsaysay Island. Relax in the warm waters of Ardent Hot Springs. Take an invigorating dip in the pools of Sto. Niño Springs. Or bathe at the 50-meter cascade of Katibawasan Falls.

Mount Hibok-Hibok, the second highest peak and the most active on the island , is a challenge to climbers. Stop by the old Catarman Church Ruins, and look for the huge white cross that marks the sunken Cemetery , a relic of a bygone eruption. Trek up the Old Vulkan, where a Way of the Cross has been laid. Or make for the peak of Hibok-Hibok with its crater lake, steam vents, and wonderful view.
